Credit Card Surcharge from 1 April 2024

Council has been reviewing areas of where it can make savings. One of these was to recover merchant fees, which is standard practice across businesses and local government authorities. Council opted for the lowest fee applicable to all of its online payments, and will introduce a 0.42% surcharge from 1 April 2024.

Community Safety Logo Competition

The Bathurst Regional Community Safety Committee (BRCSC) have launched a competition to design their new logo. The logo will need to reflect the purpose of the BRCSC and be suitable for print and online use.

The winner of the competition will receive a $500 Buy Local Gift Card.

The competition closes on Friday 3 May 2024.
