Ideally located in the picturesque western gateway to Bathurst, Council is pleased to release the Windy 1100 subdivision (stage 1) consisting of 72 single service lots by ballot.

UPDATE:

Following community feedback, Council has reopened the ballot for a second draw, with the two draws to be conducted on 9 May 2024 at 10:30AM.

These lots are situated on the western side of the city in close proximity to amenities such as Westpoint shopping centre (1.5km) and schools including West Bathurst (2.9km), Assumption School (3.7km) and Bathurst High (4.2km).

Ballot information – single service lots

Stage 1 consists of 72 lots available by ballot, with the information for the ballot below:

How it works:

1. Apply for the ballot;
2. You will be given a ballot number prior to the draw;
3. Attend the ballot in person;
4. If your number is drawn, select your preferred lot;
4A. There will be two draws for the ballot, with those that have applied by the earlier due date of 8 April 2024 to be placed in draw 1 with subsequent applicants to be placed in draw 2 (applications close 10:00AM 7 May 2024).
5. Following your lot selection, complete a sales advice;
6. You then have 21 days to pay the deposit and exchange contracts from the ballot date;
7. 28 days from exchange, settlement will be due with the balance of the purchase price payable; and
8. Following settlement the lot will be yours to enjoy!

Where to go:
Both rounds of the ballot will be drawn on 9 May 2024 commencing 10:30AM at the Windradyne Room, Pit Straight, Mount Panorama NSW.

To register for the ballot draw 2, please forward your completed application form to council@bathurst.nsw.gov.au quoting reference number 20.00378.

The closing date for the Round 2 ballot applications is 10:00AM Tuesday 7 May 2024.

Ideally located in the picturesque western gateway to Bathurst, Council has available for sale in the Windy 1100 subdivision (stage 1) a number of dual service lots.

These lots come equipped with two connection points making dual occupation possible.

These lots are situated on the western side of the city in close proximity to amenities such as Westpoint shopping centre (1.5km) and schools including West Bathurst (2.9km), Assumption School (3.7km) and Bathurst High (4.2km).

Council notes our single service ballot draw 2 is also still open, with applications closing 10:00AM 7 May 2024. For further details on the ballot, please see Council’s website.

Sale information:

Stage 1 contains 19 total dual service lots available by private sale, which range in size from 975m2 to 1155.8m2.

PLEASE NOTE some lots are no longer available following Council’s application to tender process recently conducted. If you are unsure if your desired lot is available, please contact Council’s Property Department.

What to do:

To make an offer on any lot(s), please contact Council’s Property Department in writing to confirm your desired lot(s) and offer.

Once received, Council will review your offer and contact you to confirm the outcome.

If your offer is successful a sales advice will be issued to you for signature and return to Council, following which it will be forwarded to your nominated representative. If your offer is unsuccessful, you may be asked to improve it.

Please be aware you are you are not ‘locked in’ to the sale if a sales advice issues, only when contracts are exchanged.
