Windradyne 1100 Subdivision

Positioned at the western gateway to Bathurst, Council has the Windy 1100 subdivision. Construction works have started on the 205 residential lots and will be ready for sale in 2024. This subdivision is located on the western side of the city and it is in close proximity to Westpoint shopping centre (1.5km) and schools (West Bathurst (2.9km), Assumption School (3.7km), Bathurst High (4.2km)).

It is too early at this stage for Council to determine when the land will be available for sale in 2024, the price of the land or the order in which the lots will be released. Keep an eye on Council’s Socials for more details as the subdivision progresses.
