Arrangements to Pay
At times ratepayers may face financial difficulties in making rate instalment payments by the due dates. Ratepayers who are suffering financial difficulties or are unable to pay their rate instalment in full should contact the Rates Section on 6333 6132, to make alternate payment arrangements.
If you are experiencing significant financial hardship (loss of job, terminal illness, natural disaster etc), property holders may wish to complete a Financial Hardship Application form, which includes an assessment of the owners financial position, current income, and expenses. Please contact the Rates Section on 6333 6132 to discuss your situation.
