Bathurst Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from businesses and organisations for exclusive over track and single facing billboard signage opportunities at the Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit.

This is a rare chance to secure high-visibility advertising space at one of the world’s most recognisable racetracks.

The Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit attracts national and international attention each year, with major events such as the Repco Bathurst 1000 and Bathurst 12 Hour and broadcast to millions of viewers worldwide.

The Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit has ten over track billboard signs and nine are available for lease. These positions represent a unique opportunity for high-impact brand exposure for businesses to an audience that travels to Bathurst from across Australia and beyond. It’s your unique opportunity to ‘own’ a piece of the Mount.

  • Available Opportunities: nine over track billboard sites & a range of single facing billboards
  • Lease Period: Multi-year leasing options available (Note: signage production and initial installation costs are not included, they are an additional charge borne by the business. Any re-skinning costs are an additional charge borne by the business)
  • Exposure: Available 365 days per year – less race events including the Bathurst 1000 and Bathurst 12 Hour, Bathurst 6 Hour and Challenge Bathurst. Some events maybe be included on negotiation.  More than 282,000 people visit the Mount outside of race events – from motor sport fans, walkers and runners, car clubs and those just keen to say they’ve driven a lap of the Mount.

How to Apply

Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining:

  1. Business/organisation details
  2. Proposed lease fee and lease term (one, two and three year options available)
  3. Proposed imagery and messaging of signage opportunity
  4. Preferred location (as identified in the track signage prospectus)_

  • EOI Closes:  10am Tuesday 28 October 2025

Assessment

All EOIs will be assessed against alignment with Council values, precinct image, and commercial considerations. Shortlisted applicants may be invited for further discussions before final allocations are made.
