Policy Committee/Discussion Forum of Council are held monthly and can be attended by the public.

The inaugural Challenge Bathurst was held in 2016 however the first ever motor racing meeting was held in Bathurst over the Easter weekend in 1938. The event is focused on owner drivers of Motorsport Australia, log book cars or road registered performance cars.
