Non-residential roll NSW Local Government Elections
If you are not a resident, you may be entitled to vote if you own, occupy or lease property in the Bathurst Local Government Area (LGA) as a corporation, business or individual.
Registration for inclusion on the non-residential roll for the 2024 Council Election closes at 6pm, Monday 5 August 2024.

Flood study update
Bathurst Regional Council is inviting the community to share their experiences, stories and views about flooding and past storm events as part of the Bathurst flood study update.
Council has received financial support under the NSW Floodplain Management Program to undertake a flood study for Bathurst.

Community tree planting days
A community tree planting day will be held on and Sunday 28 July, starting at 10am, long the banks of the Macquarie Wambuul River.
Lend a hand by planting native trees, shrubs and grasses that once mature will provide important habitat for local wildlife and improve the health of this much loved and important waterway. After the planting activities, Bathurst Regional Council will host a free BBQ lunch for all participants.

Windradyne 1100 Subdivision
Ideally located in the picturesque western gateway to Bathurst, Council is pleased to release the Windy 1100 subdivision (stage 1) consisting of 72 single service lots.
These lots are situated on the western side of the city in close proximity to amenities such as Westpoint shopping centre (1.5km) and schools including West Bathurst (2.9km), Assumption School (3.7km) and Bathurst High (4.2km).

2024 Bathurst Careers Expo
The annual Bathurst Careers Expo provides the chance for job-seekers and school-leavers to explore their career prospects with over 80 exhibitors in attendance, ranging from educational institutions to large and small businesses based in the Central West.

2024 nominations are now open for the Pillars of Bathurst project which recognises people who have played an important part in the development of our community.
