The Reserve Stage Two – Now Selling!

The second stage of land sales at The Reserve, Windradyne has officially launched today, with prices starting at $333,300. 

Mayor Robert Taylor noted Stage Two of The Reserve introduces 28 new, larger plots of land. 

“Interest in land for sale at The Reserve continues to grow, with just 14 sites left in Stage One, so it’s terrific to officially launch this second stage today. Stage Two, which is located on Eviston Drive, to the west of the Stage One lots, offers a selection of premium residential blocks, providing the chance to create a home tailored to your lifestyle in a peaceful, family-friendly setting. 

“There's room to choose the block that best suits your plans too. The sites range in size from approximately 589m2 to 1,152m2, with more than half of the lots measuring at 820m2 or greater.
