Bathurst comes alive during Race Week!

To celebrate the annual Repco Bathurst 1000, a series of off-track events and activations are held throughout the city for fans and locals to enjoy.

What's On

Fan-Fest Tuesday powered by Repco

Tuesday 7 October

When: 3pm - 8pm
Where: Kings Parade Precinct (between William Street and George Street)
Cost: Free

The 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000 will kick off with Fan-Fest Tuesday powered by Repco, a free community event on Tuesday 7 October from 3pm – 8pm in Kings Parade.

The event will be jam packed with entertainment for fans of all ages, including:

  • Jaw-dropping stunts from the Airtime Freestyle Motocross Team
  • Surprise special guests including Supercars legend Greg Murphy
  • Free sausage sizzle for the first 1,000 people and $2 ice creams, thanks to Repco
  • Food trucks and twilight markets
  • Driver meet & greets, including last year's winners Brodie Kostecki and Todd Hazelwood
  • Race merchandise
  • Loads of free kids activities, including go-karts, jumping castles, a 14m inflatable obstacle course, interactive circus performers and more and more!

Wednesday Street Party

The Repco Bathurst 1000 Street Party is back!

On Wednesday, things really shift into gear with the Street Party, headlined by the Supercars Track to Town convoy, an all-driver signing session, and heaps more, all broadcast live on Fox Sports and Kayo.

3pm | Street Party precinct open
5.30pm | Live show commences on Fox Sports & Kayo
5.45pm | Track to Town arrives at Russell Street via William Street
6pm - 6.50pm | Driver signing session
6.10pm | Pirtek Pit Stop Challenge Finals
7pm | Supercars return to Mount Panorama

Legends Dinner - Not Proceeding in 2025

The Legends Dinner will not be proceeding in 2025. Due to ongoing challenges of securing suitable talent and changes to the Off-Track Events calendar, Council is no longer able to deliver the event to the high standard experience guests have come to expect.

Colouring-in Competition

The ever-popular Repco Bathurst 1000 Colouring In Competition is back!

All children aged 3 – 13 years old are invited to take part. Show us your best and brightest colours for the chance to WIN 1 of 10 Supercars merch packs.

Can’t print it? No worries! You can pick up a printed version of the Colouring In Competition from Bathurst Regional Council Civic Centre or from any of the businesses participating in the Window Display Competition from Wednesday 1 October.

A list of businesses participating in the Window Display Competition will be made available soon.

Entries must be emailed to Bathurst Regional Council Events or delivered to Bathurst Regional Council by Sunday 12 October to be in the running.

Winners will be notified by Friday 17 October.

Business Opportunities

'Turbocharge Your Business' Business Window Display Competition

To celebrate the Repco Bathurst 1000, Bathurst businesses are encouraged to dress their shops in a race theme and showcase their race spirit, with prizes up for grabs for the most creative displays.

Make sure to check out all the incredible displays this Race Week. Displays will be up from Wednesday 1 to Sunday 12 October 2025.

To be eligible for judging, businesses must have their displays finished and available for people to view from Wednesday 1 October until Sunday 12 October 2025.

The Bathurst Bargain Book – Revved Up Race Week Offers

Put your business in the spotlight this Race Week! 

To help drive foot traffic and support our local business community during the Repco Bathurst 1000, Council will be producing the Bathurst Bargain Book, a coupon booklet packed with special offers and discounts from local businesses to be distributed to visiting racegoers to encourage them to shop, dine and explore locally.

Local businesses are invited to be part of the on-stage giveaways at this year’s Fan-Fest Tuesday powered by Repco, the high-energy event that kicks off Bathurst 1000 Race Week in Kings Parade.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your brand in front of a large crowd of locals and race fans. If your business has an item you'd like to contribute to the giveaways, big or small, we'd love to hear from you!

Trackside Brand Exposure

Showcase Your Business Trackside at the Bathurst 1000!

Bathurst Regional Council will be hosting a trackside stall at the Repco Bathurst 1000 to promote everything our region has to offer, and local businesses are invited to get involved.

You’re welcome to provide promotional material to be displayed at the stall and shared with the thousands of race fans that flock from across the country to our great region Bathurst for one big weekend.

Transport Information

Bathurst Buslines will be operating an extensive network of buses to cater for the patrons attending the Repco Bathurst 1000.

Services will operate from most areas of Bathurst as well as Orange and Lithgow to Mount Panorama Racing Circuit.
