Bathurst comes alive during Race Week!

To celebrate the annual Repco Bathurst 1000, a series of off-track events and activations, known as 'SuperFest', are held throughout the city for fans and locals to enjoy.

Wednesday 9 October | 11.30am - 2pm

Transporter and Driver Parade

When: 11.30am

William Street to Kings Parade (between Durham Street and Russell Street)

Each year the Supercars teams make their spectacular entrance into Bathurst with the Transporter and Driver Parade. Fans have the opportunity to get up close and cheer their favourite drivers on as the convoy of trucks and cars makes its way along William Street.

The drivers turn into Russell Street for the Official Off-track Signing Session while the transporters continue along William Street to Mount Panorama.

Expressions of interest are now open for vehicles to carry Supercars drivers in the 2024 parade. Vehicles must be:

  • Open-top (no utes).
  • Roadworthy and registered (with either normal road or club registration).
  • Have a licensed driver to operate the vehicle in the parade.

Register interest

Note: Completing this form does not guarantee your place in the parade, this is an expression of interest ONLY. If you are selected to have your vehicle in the parade you will be contacted by Bathurst Regional Council's Events Team by 13 September 2024.

Official Off-track Driver Signing Session

When: Session 1 - 12.15pm, Session 2 - 1.15pm

Fans have the opportunity to meet their favourite Supercars drivers and get their memorabilia signed. This is the only off-track signing session with all drivers racing in the 2024 Repco Bathurst 1000.

Drivers will be split into two signing sessions, a list of which drivers will be at which session will be made available closer to the event.

2023 Winners Presentation

When: 1.00pm
Where: Russell Street (between William Street and George Street)

2023 Repco Bathurst 1000 winners, Shane van Gisbergen and Richie Stanaway, will be presented with their winner's plaques along with the unveiling of their Victor's Walk plaque. The plaque will be cemented into the Victor's Walk footpath out the front of Council's Civic Centre. The 20 metre long black and white chequered footpath is a memorial to the winner's of the Bathurst 500 and later 1000.
