Fireworks Regulations
If you are considering applying to hold a fireworks or other pyrotechnic display, you will require approval prior to the event.
As NSW Workcover is the approving Authority not Bathurst Regional Council, applications will be required to be investigated and approved by WorkCover prior to the event.
