Join us for a 2-course meal and cooking demonstration by Better Homes and Gardens' ‘Fast Ed ’ (Ed Halmagyi).
Enjoy locally sourced, seasonal Bathurst produce cooked by Al Dente of Bathurst and demonstrated on stage by Ed Halmagyi.
Get your friends together for a night of live music, local food and wine – whilst learning how to be more sustainable in the kitchen!

Sustainable Living Expo

Entry Fee – A gold coin donation to gain access to both the Expo and Farmers Markets.
The Sustainable Living Expo is a Bathurst Regional Council event that provides information about sustainable living, including waste and recycling, water conservation, green design and construction, solar power, gardening and wildlife.
This year will feature one of Australia’s most loved TV chefs and food author ‘Fast Ed’ (Ed Halmagyi) from Better Homes and Gardens along with Wildlife Displays and The Eaton Gorge Theatre Company, providing something for every member of the family to enjoy. The Expo also features a variety of stalls by local businesses and environmental groups and is held in conjunction with the Bathurst Farmers Markets.
