Flower of Australia Song
Guitarist and former poet Pat Osborne penned the words to ‘Flower of Australia’ in 1985 to commemorate Bathurst’s centenary.
The lyrics tell the story of how Bathurst came to be and repeats the musical phrase “She’s the Flower of Australia’ for me”. The music score was composed by friends and relatives of Pat Osborne.
