Footpath Obstructions

Council exercises its discretion to allow footpath obstructions that are used for advertising purposes, furniture used for displaying products and/or tables and chairs used for dining or waiting area.

If you wish to obtain a footpath obstruction approval, please complete the Footpath Obstructions Application form, and submit to Council for assessment and approval before the item/s is placed on Council controlled land. 

Please note: If you application is successful, an approval will be issued along with an invoice for the applicable fee associated with your application.
