Planning future land use for the Bathurst Region is a major task. The Bathurst Region Urban Strategy provides the broad ranging frameworks on which Council will build a new comprehensive Local Environmental Plan (LEP) as it relates to the urban environment that will set out the regulations to manage the Bathurst Regional Local Government Area.
