Council's latest residential subdivision known as Windradyne 900 has been completed and was released for sale, via the ballot system, on Saturday 24 March 2012. 

There are thirty-eight (38) lots available ranging in size from 918 square metres to 1591 square metres, located on Swanbrooke Street, Miller Street, Chesterman Close, Mulley Close and Meehan Street.

Information packages are available now from the reception area, located on the first floor of the Council Chambers, 158 Russell Street, Bathurst.  Registration for the ballot opens at 12 noon on Monday 2 April 2012 and closes at 4.00 pm on Friday 13 April 2012.  The ballot draw will take place on Tuesday 17 April, 2012.
