Council released its latest residential subdivision known as Llanarth Stages 11 and 12 (43 lots) located on Evernden Road, Blaxland Drive and Westbourne Drive by ballot in February 2012.

Thirty-three (33) lots were sold on the day of the ballot draw.  Contracts have been prepared and are in the process of being exchanged. 

The lots currently for sale are:  1111, 1133, 1135, 1138, 1139, 1143, 1145, 1146.
