Council endeavours to keep up to date community plans, surveys, reports and profiles available to the public through its website. Council produces a Social and Community Plan every five (5) years, reports on its community well being indicators annually, conducts a community satisfaction survey annually and produces community profiles and strategic planning documents as required.

Council is currently developing a range of policies to support its Community Services Section.
