Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre (BINC) is a local community centre for people who live in the Bathurst area and would like to know more about their community.
The West Bathurst Community House is located at 5 Wark Parade, next to Westpoint Shopping Centre. It is available for hire on a permanent or casual basis to commercial and community groups and for private functions. The venue is perfect for playgroups, meetings, training, classes, social gatherings or parties.
Designed specifically by and for Kelso residents, this Centre aims to increase community access to specialised health, education, information and recreational services.
