Bathurst Regional Council has made this program available, at no cost, to anyone that would like to complete the training. To undertake the course simply click on the link "I'M ALERT Food Safety" to start.

This information package has been developed by Environmental Health Australiaand is equivalent in scope to a two-day consultant delivered course. Most sections include an interactive quiz. Upon completion of the program, a Certificate of Attainment can be printed and filed as part of your food safety records.
