Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre (BINC) provides a range of services responding to the specific needs, priorities and circumstances of the local community. These services include information, referral and coordination services and various community development activities in line with community needs. BINC also provides a non-stigmatising, soft entry point into the service system, with an emphasis on social capital building and social inclusion.
