The 2010 2BS Bathurst Regional Citizen and the 2010 Jack Aubin Young Citizen of the Year are Nola Ramsay and Nicholas Geyer. On behalf of Bathurst Regional Council we would like to thank them both for their outstanding contributions to the Bathurst Region and community.

2010 2BS Citizen of the Year - Nola Ramsay

Nola Ramsay has been the President of Bathurst Eisteddfod Society for the past four years and was Secretary for the previous two years. Nola is the President of 'Riding For The Disabled' having served the previous three years as Treasurer. She has been the Treasurer of the Central West Brain Injury Action Group for seven years and for the past eight years Nola has been Secretary / Treasurer of the West Group of Show Societies and served in the Bathurst Bushfire Brigade.

2010 Jack Aubin Young Citizen of the Year - Nicholas Geyer

Nicholas Geyer is a highly motivated and well respected student at Kelso High School. Nicholas is an active member of St John's Ambulance service and is currently the Cadet of the Year for the Western Region. Nicholas is a member of the Perthville Rural Fire Service and is completing his Advanced Firefighters' course.
