The Bathurst Region Statistical Profile has been produced to provide a broad social and economic profile of the Bathurst Regional Council local government area.

The profile relies extensively on census information produced by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS www.abs.gov.au) and to a lesser extent on information collected by Bathurst Regional Council and the Bathurst Agricultural Research Station.

All statistics referred to in this profile are for the local government areas of the BCC and the ESC unless otherwise specified in the relevant statistical table.
