Recent changes to the NSW State Government’s Pesticides Regulation 1995 now requires Councils and other public authorities to notify the community when they use or allow the use of pesticides in public places that are owned or controlled by Council.

Residents and householders should be mindful that vegetation that looks 'right' may in fact be a declared noxious weed.
