Council provides access for community groups/organisations to various types of funding throughout the year.
Other funding can also be sourced through the attached web links.
Each year, Bathurst Regional Council invites local community organisations to apply for funding under the ClubGrants Program. Participating Clubs in the Bathurst area are: Panthers and Bathurst RSL Club.

Annual Submission Based Support
Community Groups and Charities
Council shall call for applications for an annual submission from community groups, charities and others seeking assistance (including financial, or “in-kind” and discounting of fees) for the coming year. Submissions will be sought during January to March each year for inclusion in the budget calculations for the next financial year. A report will be presented to Council as part of the annual Management Plan.
Bathurst Regional Council in partnership with the Bathurst Regional Access Committee provides grants to assist small businesses and not-for-profit organisations in the local area to improve access for people with a disability.
Council has provided $10,000 in its current Detailed Budget to be used to develop infrastructure in the rural villages of the Bathurst Region. The "rural" villages include; Hill End, Rockley, Sofala, Sunny Corner, Trunkey Creek, Wattle Flat and Yetholme.
