Guidelines
Annual Submission Based Support
Community Groups and Charities
Council shall call for applications for an annual submission from community groups, charities and others seeking assistance (including financial, or “in-kind” and discounting of fees) for the coming year. Submissions will be sought during January to March each year for inclusion in the budget calculations for the next financial year. A report will be presented to Council as part of the annual Management Plan.

Village Improvement Program |
|
Council has provided $75,000 in its current Management Plan to be used to develop infrastructure in the rural villages of the Bathurst Region and is encouraging not-for-profit village community organisations to submit projects for consideration. The "rural" villages include; Hill End, Rockley, Sofala, Trunkey Creek, Wattle Flat and Yetholme.
