Council is holding an information session for builders on Thursday 5 March 2009 at the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre.

The information session will be explaining the changes to exempt and complying development as a result of new State
Government legislation.

These changes start on 27 February 2009.

The Information session will also be discussing the changes to the Building Code of Australia (BCA) commencing in May 2009.

David Nelson and Geoffrey Press will present the Information Session.
