Glenray Industries Ltd is an organisation that caters for the residential, vocational and day program needs of more than seventy people with intellectual disabilities.

Since incorporation, Glenray has successfully moved from its sheltered workshop and hostel origins to become a provider of contemporary, quality services to the disabled.

Accommodation facilities include a hostel, 8 group homes and support to a number of people who live independently in the community.

There are currently three separate vocational options available by way of a wood products factory, a commercial laundry and a work crew contracted to Bathurst Regional Council. Supported employees are in receipt of full productivity based wages. As part of the vocational transition process, further work opportunities with major businesses are continually being sought.

Employees and Residents with disabilities are also provided with a wide range of choices in accessing community facilities in the areas of recreation and living skills development. BASS (Bathurst Adult Support Service), Central West Community College, TAFE, Disability Information and Advocacy Service (D.I.A.S.) are but a few of the services that are regularly accessed.
