Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre (BINC) provides a range of services responding to the specific needs, priorities and circumstances of the local community.  These services include information, referral and coordination services and various community development activities in line with community needs.  BINC also provides a non-stigmatising, soft entry point into the service system, with an emphasis on social capital building and social inclusion.

The West Bathurst Community House is located at 5 Wark Parade, next to Westpoint Shopping Centre. It is available for hire on a permanent or casual basis to commercial and community groups and for private functions. The venue is perfect for playgroups, meetings, training, classes, social gatherings or parties. 

Designed specifically by and for Kelso residents, this Centre aims to increase community access to specialised health, education, information and recreational services.
